Who is responsible
Blockcontrol operates RWAT and acts as controller for account, access and platform-operation data unless a customer agreement identifies another role. Contact info@blockcontrol.de for privacy questions or rights requests.
Data we process
- Wallet identifiers, verified identity attributes, KYC or KYB status, role and organisation membership.
- Account, session, device, IP address, security event and authentication records.
- Offering, transaction, lifecycle, approval and evidence metadata associated with authorised activity.
- Support communications and operational diagnostics.
RWAT anchors proofs and integrity references rather than publishing personal data on a public ledger.
Why we use data
We process data to authenticate users, enforce role and eligibility policies, operate and secure RWAT, maintain auditable records, provide support and meet legal duties. Legal bases may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where required.
Retention and security
Data is kept only as long as needed for service, security, audit, legal and contractual purposes. Controls include encryption in transit, restricted administration, strong authentication, audit logging, network isolation and monitored recovery.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to a data-protection authority. Some records must be retained for legal, security or transaction-integrity reasons.
