Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to the IBDCP RWAT website, wallet-connected workspace, APIs and related services operated by Blockcontrol. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the wallet and organisation you present.
RWAT provides technology for verifiable evidence, policy and lifecycle coordination. It is not itself an investment adviser, broker, custodian, bank, exchange or legal adviser.
Eligibility and access
Private access requires a supported IBDCP Wallet, successful authentication and any KYC, KYB, role or organisation approvals required for the action.
- Keep account, wallet, OTP, passkey and recovery material secure.
- Provide complete and accurate identity and organisation information.
- Do not share credentials or approve requests you do not understand.
Platform use
Use RWAT only for lawful, authorised purposes. Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass controls; upload malicious or misleading material; impersonate another person; or use evidence beyond its granted permissions.
Each participant remains responsible for its own legal, regulatory, custody, valuation, tax and disclosure obligations.
Offerings and transactions
Information displayed on RWAT is not an offer, recommendation or guarantee of value, performance or liquidity. A transaction is effective only when its legal documents, eligibility checks, approvals and settlement requirements are complete.
Digital proofs support verification but do not replace signed legal instruments, official registers or competent authorities.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, upstream failures or legal requirements may require restriction, suspension or changes. Material changes to these terms will carry an updated effective date.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, each user is responsible for decisions made using the platform and for verifying relevant documents and counterparties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable commercial agreements may add service levels, warranties or liability terms.
